These terms cover how you can use this website. They're separate from the client agreement you sign when you book a session with me, which is the document that governs our work together: your session, your products, payment, and how your images may be used.

Using This Site

This website and everything on it, including the photographs, text, and design, belongs to me unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to browse, share links, and reference it, but please don't copy, download, or use my images or written content without asking first.

The Work You See Here

The photographs on this site are real client work, shared with permission. They show what I do, not a promise of specific results, because every person and every session is different. If you see yourself or your family here and would like an image removed, just let me know.

Booking a Session

Browsing this site or filling out the inquiry form doesn't create a booking. A session is confirmed once we've both signed the client agreement and the retainer fee has been paid. That agreement, not this page, covers the details of your session: pricing, products, scheduling, cancellation, and image use.

Keeping Things Accurate

I do my best to keep this site accurate and up to date, but pricing and availability shown here may change. Before you book, I'll confirm the current details with you.

Links to Other Sites

This site may link to other platforms, such as Instagram or Pixieset. I'm not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites once you leave mine.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. This doesn't limit any rights you have under California law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms as my business or this site changes. The version posted here is always the current one.
